Please read these Terms carefully before using Scale Mosaic.

Welcome to the products and services provided by Scale Mosaic (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Scale Mosaic”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and us regarding your use of our website, AI platform and related services.

By accessing our website, registering an account, purchasing credits, or using any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Description of services

  1. Scale Mosaic provides AI-powered enterprise services, including but not limited to AI employees, enterprise management, AI chat, content generation, email, channel messaging, browser automation, data analysis, and other features that may be added from time to time.
  2. We may change, suspend, terminate or add any service at any time, and will notify users within a reasonable timeframe (except for emergency maintenance or legal requirements).
  3. Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, but we will make reasonable efforts to keep them stable and secure.

2. Account registration and security

  1. You need to register an account to use some of our services. When registering, you agree to provide true, accurate, complete and up-to-date information, and to update it promptly when it changes.
  2. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Safeguard your username, password and verification information. Do not lend, transfer or authorise others to use your account.
  3. If you discover unauthorised use of your account or a security vulnerability, you must notify us immediately. Losses caused by your failure to safeguard your account are your responsibility.
  4. We may suspend or terminate your account when we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms.

3. Purchase and use of credits

  1. Types of credits. We offer purchased credits, including but not limited to tokens (for AI chat and generation), email credits and browser usage credits. Different credit types apply to their corresponding service scenarios.
  2. Purchase and activation. After you purchase credits through the platform, they will be credited to your account within a reasonable time. Prices, quantities and validity periods are as shown on the purchase page.
  3. Usage rules. Credits are for use only on your own account and may not be transferred, sold, exchanged or used on other accounts. Consumption is based on actual usage recorded by the platform. Credits not used before expiry may lapse.
  4. Prohibited conduct. You may not use credits for any activity that violates laws, these Terms, or the rights of others. If discovered, we may suspend services and may not refund the related credits.

4. Refund policy

The basic rules are as follows:

  1. Refundable credits. Purchased credits that have not been fully used may be refunded. The refund is calculated on the unused portion, and the converted amount must not be less than USD 1.
  2. Non-refundable products. Email plans, website templates and other one-time products cannot be refunded after purchase.
  3. Refund process. Submit your request to hello@scalemosaic.com. After verification, we will process the refund according to these rules.

5. Intellectual property

  1. The intellectual property in our website, AI platform, software, designs, text, icons, code, trademarks, logos and other content belongs to us or the respective rights holders, and is protected by applicable law.
  2. Without our prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, decompile or otherwise exploit our intellectual property.
  3. For content you generate through our services, ownership and usage follow the service description or any separate agreement between the parties.

6. User conduct

You agree to:

  1. Comply with the laws of applicable jurisdictions.
  2. Not use the services for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, obscene or otherwise inappropriate conduct.
  3. Not attempt to damage, disrupt or intrude upon our systems, networks or third-party systems.
  4. Not engage in bulk registration, malicious abuse, or exploitation of vulnerabilities for improper gain.
  5. Not submit content that infringes third-party intellectual property or contains malicious code.
  6. Not reverse engineer, crack or otherwise circumvent technical protection measures.

If you violate these rules, we may warn you, restrict features, suspend or terminate services, freeze or deduct credits, cancel your account, and pursue legal liability.

7. Third-party services and links

  1. Our services may contain links to third-party websites, applications or services, and may integrate third-party payment, cloud and messaging services.
  2. Use of third-party services is subject to those parties’ own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability or security.
  3. Your activities on third-party platforms are between you and those third parties.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services; interruption, delay, error or omission of content; unauthorised access to or alteration of your data; your reliance on the services; or other matters related to the services.
  2. AI-generated content is for reference only. We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness or legality. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on it.
  3. We are not liable for interruptions or losses caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, network failures, government actions and power outages.

9. Suspension and termination

  1. You may stop using our services at any time and cancel your account in accordance with the procedures.
  2. If you violate these Terms or applicable laws, we may suspend or terminate services to you.
  3. After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers and dispute resolution) continue in effect.

10. Changes to these Terms

  1. We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
  2. If you continue to use our services after a revision, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

  1. The interpretation, validity and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction.
